How do I switch my payment method?

From within the Stack Host dashboard, you can change, add, or delete the payment methods for your plan. This help article will show you how to update your payment method for your Stack Host plan.

Steps

1. Log in to Stack Host.
2. Select the Payment Methods icon in the middle of the screen.
3. To set a new default payment method, or to update an existing method you must add a new payment method first.
4. Add your new payment method
5. Select the Set Default button next to your new payment method.

We’ve included some visuals below to help make this process as simple as possible. Start by logging into your Stack Host account. Once logged in, you will see several my account icons to help manage your Stack Host account. Select the Payment Methods icon under Accounts. (Or click this link).

To update an existing payment method or set a new default payment method, you must first add a new payment method.

After you add a new payment method, you can select “Make default” and delete the old payment method or leave it as a backup.

And that is it! You are all done.
